• Specialty Niche: While not required, a specialty niche (e.g., children/adolescents, LGBTQIA+, maternal mental health, young adult transitions, grief, trauma, first responders) is desired.
• Experienced clinicians possessing the CCS or ACS certification are invited to join our leadership team and provide supervision, presenting excellent opportunities for professional development.

• Income Potential: Compensation varies based on licensure, with LSW and LAC averaging $65,000-$75,000 per year, and LCSW, LPC, LMFT averaging between $80,000-$120,000 per year. Clinicians are paid per case based on client's insurance.
