Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site | Flexible Start Time | Low Caseload

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions grounded in personalized recovery plans.
- Complete BioPsychoSocial Assessments and compile all relevant documentation to shape treatment.
- Participate in treatment team meetings with clinical and medical staff.
- Facilitate family and guardian sessions, maintaining strong relationships with involved parties.
- Provide real-time crisis support and maintain clinical notes that are clear, confidential, and compliant.
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges, as needed.
- Be a positive role model, internally and within the broader community.
