School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor –Apple Valley, CA

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Flexible. 4 hours per week.
Pay: $64–$67 per hour (based on experience)
Location: 100% on-site- Apple Valley, CA and various school sites
Job Type: W-2, Part-time

About the Role:

Inclusive Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated, school-experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this position, you’ll support students in public school settings by developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and coaching staff using proactive and trauma-informed strategies.

You’ll be supervising Behavior Interventionists throughout the district. They are looking for a BCBA who can coach and train staff on working with behaviors specifically seen with children on the Autism spectrum. Ideal candidates are confident in modeling beyond-traditional ABA practices—such as using concise, firm language delivered in a supportive tone—and are passionate about inclusive, student-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Health, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Prior experience working in public school settings with students with autism and related disabilities
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, IDEA compliance, and data-driven behavior support
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI.
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state mandated trainings during onboarding

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting moderate/severe and inclusion programs
  • Familiarity with positive behavior supports (PBIS) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs, write and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Coach and train teachers, paraeducators, and support staff in evidence-based behavior strategies
  • Model techniques in real-time across school environments
  • Support IEP team processes and contribute to student behavior goals
  • Monitor fidelity of implementation and document progress
  • Participate in team meetings and student support planning
  • Provide consultation and support to ensure safe, inclusive classrooms for students with social-emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Respond to behavioral crises, support de-escalation, and contribute to safety planning
  • Collaborate with administrators, families, and mental health providers
  • Travel between school sites as needed
