Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behaviors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers and families on implementing behavior management strategies
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis
- Stay updated on best practices in behavioral health interventions

Skills:
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management
- Expertise in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
