About Job

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation: $45–$55/hour (Employee) or Negotiated Rate (Independent Contractor)

Location: Rio Linda, CA

Are you a passionate and experienced BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our dedicated team at Kala House Jr, a 4-bed ABA-focused Community Crisis Home serving children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, co-occurring mental health disorders, and trauma histories.

We are seeking a BCBA with at least two years of certification experience to help guide treatment, inspire growth, and support clients in achieving their goals in a safe, supportive, and family-centered environment. All staff, including BCBAs, are provided extensive crisis management training on an annual basis, with monthly refreshers.

Why Join Us?

· Collaborative Team Approach: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Group Home Administrators, LMFT, RNs (including a Psychiatric Mental Health RN), Music Therapist, Recreational Therapist, Fitness Instructor, and RBTs.

· Unique Setting: Our large, beautifully furnished home provides a therapeutic environment where clients can thrive with the support of a compassionate, skilled team.

· Career Growth: As part of Advance Kids, you’ll have opportunities to broaden your expertise through early intervention clinics, parent-led telehealth, in-home crisis services, adult day programs, and other community crisis homes in the greater Sacramento area.

· Clinician-Owned & Operated: Be part of a mission-driven organization that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

· NO Insurance Funders: Who’s tired of dealing with health insurance companies micromanaging your treatment plans? Not here!

What We’re Looking For

· Certified BCBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

· Experience or interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or trauma histories.

· Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.

· Commitment to supporting clients and their families in living healthy, fulfilling lives.

Employment Options

· Employee: $45–$55/hour, based on experience.

· Independent Contractor: Negotiated rate.

If you’re ready to join a one-of-a-kind team and expand your impact in the field of ABA, we’d love to hear from you.
