About Job

Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians/Behavior Technicians to work Full-Time in schools working in elementary through high school ABA programs and emotional/behavioral programs. Positions will be both classroom based as well as working one on one with students with developmental/emotional/behavioral needs. Financial retention incentive for completing the school year. QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE AND ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE POTENTIAL WITH THESE POSITIONS

Additional part-time needs exist working in our ABA, school avoidance, and in-home clinical services divisions supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Delays, and emotional and behavioral challenges. These part-time positions are generally 15 hours per week or more. Times vary based on the client one is working with. Opportunity to work in multiple positions to increase overall weekly hours if desired.

School positions are full time working up to 7 hours per day/up to 35 hours/week during the Regular School Year . Regular School Year Positions are considered full time and are benefits eligible. PMT certification preferred. Highly competitive compensation ($17-$30/hr dependent on experience). Monetary incentives provided quarterly, based on performance. Depending on the location of the position a travel stipend may be available. Opportunities for career advancement.
