Early Autism Services (EAS) is seeking an experienced, strategic Market Director to oversee multiple clinic locations and provide comprehensive leadership to Lead BCBAs. Position Overview
The Market Director serves as a senior clinical leader responsible for overseeing multiple clinic locations and supervising Lead BCBAs. This position requires an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst with proven leadership capabilities who will ensure consistency in clinical quality, operational excellence, and organizational alignment across all assigned locations. The Market Director will work closely with the VP of Clinical to drive strategic initiatives, maintain compliance standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting Lead BCBAs in achieving their clinical and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support to Lead BCBAs across multiple clinic locations, ensuring alignment with EAS local operations models
- Lead clinical policy initiatives and procedure updates
- Proactively identify strengths and weaknesses across the team to ensure all certified members receive support, training, resources, and mentorship for professional development goals
- Provide ongoing positive coaching and clear, concise feedback to create behavior change across led teams
- Support the local operations model in scheduling BCBA coverage, clinical quality and budget goals, caseload management, and HUS metrics
- Hold active role in staff onboarding, retention, supervision, and compliance with high quality clinical standards
- Monitor and ensure all performance metrics are met across all locations; including but not limited to meeting treatment plan submission timelines, case review audits, alignment with policy documents, and ensuring procedure implementation
- Actively engage with families, stakeholders, and community partners; Representing the EAS mission and values to build community within the market
- Maintain awareness of all high-intensity clients and provide active supervision, oversight, and data analysis review to ensure decreasing trend lines
- Oversee Initial Assessment process and treatment plan submissions across all locations
Ensure all documentation requirements are met according to organizational standards
Key Expectations
- Travel between multiple clinic locations as required

- Regularly monitor and support staff productivity, compliance, and clinical outcomes across all locations
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of organizational culture, systems, and clinical initiatives

- Flexibility to address urgent issues and support locations as needed

Tracking and supporting KPIs for all locations in the market
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure in good standing
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience in applied behavior analysis
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in clinical setting
- Experience managing multiple locations or large-scale operations
- Strong knowledge of BACB ethics code and supervision requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of BACB standards, payer policies, and clinical documentation requirements
- Experience with crisis intervention and safety management
- Proven ability to lead teams, navigate complex conversations, and implement systems with fidelity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, treatment planning, and performance management
- Knowledge of insurance authorization processes and regulatory compliance
- Experience with budget management and operational oversight
- Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (Preferred)
- Background in organizational development and change management (Preferred)
- Advanced training in specialized behavioral interventions (Preferred)
Experience with staff development and retention strategies (Preferred)
Working Conditions
This position requires full-time commitment with regular travel between multiple clinic locations. The Market Director will work in various clinical environments and must be available to address urgent operational needs. The role involves extensive collaboration with clinical teams, families, and community stakeholders. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate multi-location oversight responsibilities and community engagement activities.
