What we are looking for:

A Wraparound Specialist to provide services to youth and families in the community. Work with youth and families to create teams, develop goals, plan and coordinate transitions, and monitor progress to ensure that a youth can maintain in the community with their family. Implement the 10 principles of High Fidelity Wraparound: family voice and choice, outcomes-based, strengths-based, culturally competent, natural supports, individualized, community-based, persistence, team-based, and collaboration.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of direct clinical experience providing children’s mental health services to children with a mental health diagnosis. Completion of “High Fidelity Wraparound” training preferred.
