We need a BCBA to do a small caseload of 2-tiered clients approximately 18-25 hours per week. Supervision must be in person.

Part Time - 65.00 per hour

Position Location - East Los Angeles, Huntington Park, Downtown Los Angeles

Requirements

You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in order to apply; if you are not, please do NOT apply.

Must have 1+ years as a BCBA supervising mid-level Master level supervisors who are completing BACB fieldwork supervision.
Bilingual Spanish required
In good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board - Active BCBA Certification
Experience as a Functional Behavior Assessment Specialist
Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience providing ABA services to children with Autism
Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training or willingness to complete in first 30 days of employment
Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs supervising BCaBA’s and/or Behavior Technicians preferred
Must have driver's license
Solid technical skills and passion for quality service
Organized and efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task
Positive and professional team player
Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others
