About Job

Pay Range: $21 - $26/hour (DOE) Start Date: August

Burbank USD is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians with ABA experience to support children and adults with special needs in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. In this role, you'll collaborate with school professionals and behavioral specialists, providing individualized interventions to foster growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate educational and behavioral services for students

  • Implement ABA strategies to support learning and development

  • Work alongside educators and specialists to achieve behavioral objectives

  • Provide compassionate and effective support tailored to student needs

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • ABA experience (required)

  • Two years of pediatric experience (preferred)

  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)

  • TB screenings and health certificate (as per regulations)

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
