Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Program, serving either adults or children with severe mental illness. Candidates will be assigned to the Adult or Children's FSP program based on their experience and preference.

This is an outpatient, field-based role focused on community mental health services, therapy, and case management. The position is temp-to-hire with potential for full-time employment. Supervised hours are available for those working toward LCSW licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, conjoint, or family therapy to assigned clients.
• Develop and implement care coordination and service plans.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide appropriate follow-up services.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records per state and agency guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings.
• Deliver culturally competent mental health services to a diverse population.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Valid registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience working with adults or children in a mental health or social services setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical and emotional stability to meet job demands.
• Commitment to transitioning into a full-time role.
