• Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator – LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Location: 1750 East Arica Road, Red Rock, Eloy, AZ 85131
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; 5x8s or 4x10s | 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Duration: Initial 6 weeks with strong potential for extension
• License: Must hold an active AZ license
• Pay: $70/hr (Total gross weekly: $2,800, including $1,554 taxable and $1,246 non- taxable/stipend)

Job Summary:
The Mental Health Coordinator is responsible for planning and delivering non-medical clinical mental health services within a correctional facility. This role involves screening, assessing, treating, and documenting services provided to incarcerated individuals, while ensuring adherence to professional standards and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and review of available records.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of evaluations and treatment in health records.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and crisis intervention tailored to inmate needs.
• Apply psychological counseling theories and best practices effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with institutional, ethical, and legal standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, including at least two (2) years in a comparable role.
• Licensure/Certifications: Active and valid LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Arizona. Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• No additional preferred experience or education specified.

Additional Notes:

• Schedule flexibility required per facility policy.
• This is a full-time travel contract role.
• Open only to candidates with appropriate licensure and clearance eligibility.
