We are a Integrated Medical Clinic utilizing Chiropractic / Medical / Physical Therapy / Nutrition and Massage. We are looking for EXPERIENCED patient care coordinators who have high energy and works well with others! We are continuing to grow our practice and looking forward to adding more incredible people to our team.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and controlling/ directing patient flow in the office.
-Answering and directing phone calls an scheduling patient visits.
-Creating new patient charts.
-Assisting patients in financial consultations with our doctors on staff.
-Patient consultations
-General understanding of health insurance
-Coordinating scheduled
-Typing and data entry
-Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Excel Knowledge
Qualifications:
-A friendly team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be well organized and pay attention to detail.
-Good listener
-Proficient with basic computer skills
-Punctual
-Takes constructive criticism well
-Knowledge in the Medical and Chiropractic field'
