Lama Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing comprehensive therapy services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. As a BCBA at Lama Pediatric Therapy, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and caregivers to promote positive behavior change and skill acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Implement behavior analytic techniques and interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and techniques, including ABA methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
