Responsibilities:

This is a fully remote position based in Ohio. Must be certified as an Ohio behavioral analyst.
- Oversee and review diagnostic evaluations and assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Review individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Spec Results has a treatment plan template and process in place that will minimize the time and effort it takes Behavioral Analyst to write treatment plans
- Virtually supervise direct behavioral therapy services/RBTs to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for at least 5 percent of ABA hours per learner served.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure treatment goals are met
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members

Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

-Certified Ohio Behavioral Analyst (COBA)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
