What You'll Do as a Hybrid BCBA in North Carolina
Conduct FBAs and design individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based, child-led ABA therapy both in-home and virtually
Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
What You'll Need to Join Us
BCBA Certification
NC LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) Credential
Experience with autism and/or developmental disabilities (preferred)
