We’re looking for a Licensed Psychotherapist who shares our passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. If you’re compassionate, collaborative, and eager to make a difference, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build trusting, supportive relationships where clients feel safe to grow.
• Collaborate with our caring, professional team to provide well-rounded support.
• Bring creativity into your sessions and treatment plans.
• Continue your own growth through ongoing training, individual, and group supervision.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LPC – Associates welcome).
• A warm, empathetic approach with a passion for helping others.
• Strong clinical skills, including documentation and record-keeping.
• A team-player who values collaboration and mutual support.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with medical coding.
