We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Pequot Lakes.

Position Overview

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment. This position is responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating patient schedules, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with providers to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Support patients with questions about services, care plans, and wellness programs
• Assist with light administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with a warm, positive demeanor
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and scheduling systems (training provided)
• Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or office administration preferred, but not required
