- DME orders
- Scheduling of hospice admission visits
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Preferably 2–3 years of hospice, home health, or medical intake experience
- Familiarity with Medicare billing and hospice eligibility criteria
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities, including data entry and documentation tracking
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, including engagement with physicians, facilities, referral sources, and families
- Ability to handle stress and multitask, managing interruptions while prioritizing admissions and patient needs
