Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LMHC Job Description

Job Title: LCSW, LICSW or an LMHC at Revive Therapeutic Services

Rate: Determined on License and Years of Experience

Schedule: In-Person | 8:30 AM-3:30 PM

Location: Arrigan Center, 249 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI, 02906

Responsible for providing therapeutic support and counseling services to individuals who have experienced work-related injuries or occupational stress. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate the emotional and psychological recovery of injured workers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Rhode Island Current licensure as a Social Worker (LICSW, LMSW, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with individuals who have experienced work-related injuries or occupational stress.
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation laws, regulations, and processes.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in providing counseling and therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health issues, including work-related stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based counseling approaches and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and Awareness
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
