About Job

BeBright ABA LLC is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an independent contractor. We provide in-home and telehealth ABA services to children with autism and related disorders across South Florida.

We have an immediate need for a BCBA to serve as the Lead Analyst on our Medicaid provider application so we can begin serving clients right away.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision to RBTs and paraprofessionals
  • Oversee data collection and program modifications
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid and insurance requirements

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Florida licensure in good standing
  • Medicaid provider ID (or willingness to obtain immediately)
  • Level 2 Background Screening (Clearinghouse) – we can assist if needed
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
