About the Role

Access Granted Now is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Consultant to set up the Therap Behavior Support/Tracking Modules and train staff in their effective use. This consultant will help ensure our faith based residential program meets compliance standards while strengthening staff skills in behavior documentation and support.

Responsibilities

• Configure Therap behavior modules to align with program and regulatory needs.
• Train staff on module use, data entry, and progress monitoring.
• Provide quick reference guides and best practices.
• Support leadership in developing efficient workflows for behavior documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with Therap Services (Behavior Modules strongly preferred).
• Strong training, communication, and consulting skills.
• Residential/behavioral health experience a plus.

Contract Details

• Short-term contract (setup and training), with option for ongoing consultation.
• Competitive compensation.
