About Job
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a full school year contract, supporting a K-12 public school setting in Bothell, WA. This full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, runs from August 25, 2025, to June 17, 2026, with possible extensions for snow days up to June 24.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a diverse team of teachers, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and paraprofessionals to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavioral plans. Your efforts will focus on supporting and enhancing the school team's capacity to implement these plans independently across multiple school sites-up to five or six different locations within the district. This position is itinerant, based out of the district office but requiring travel to assigned schools to service a variable number of students.
Candidates must hold a valid State ESA certificate as required for the role. Remote work is not supported due to the district's preference for on-site collaboration and the current infrastructure limitations. The district may consider hybrid options only under pressing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop tailored behavioral support plans
- Provide training and coaching to teachers, RBTs, and paraprofessionals
- Monitor and support the implementation of behavior interventions across assigned sites
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success

- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster team collaboration
Location: Bothell, Washington (onsite, multiple district sites)
Competitive hourly pay ranges from $51 to $60, negotiable based on experience.
If you are a skilled BCBA seeking an impactful role in a dynamic school environment, apply today to contribute to meaningful positive behavioral outcomes for students.
