Seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions at a community health center in the Bronx.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor ongoing medication use and adjust plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and ensure accurate documentation.
• Supervise healthcare staff as required.
• Qualifications include MD/DO in Psychiatry, 3-5 years of clinical experience, NY State medical license, and board certification or eligibility.
• Proficiency in diagnosing/treating psychiatric conditions, strong communication skills, and cultural competence are essential.
