A K-12 school in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a part-time contract position, working 20 hours per week throughout the school year. This role primarily focuses on conducting cognitive evaluations, with some responsibilities providing direct services to students.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret cognitive and psychological assessments for students across preschool to high school levels
• Provide direct psychological services and support to students as needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop appropriate interventions and supports
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure appropriate for Rhode Island
• Experience conducting cognitive evaluations and relevant psychological assessments
• Ability to work effectively with students spanning preschool through high school
