Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential? Cross Country Education invites passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team for an immediate hire position in Ann Arbor, MI to support an educational environment for the '25-'26 school year!
Position Overview:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), analyze data, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students in a K-12 setting.
- Oversee a caseload of students, maintaining all plans and documentation aligned with district and state regulations.
- Provide direct support to students and staff by modeling effective interventions,coaching on behavioral strategies, and providing training and guidance on these plans.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to implement behavior plans and a cohesive approach to student support.
- Master's degree
- Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
- Prior experience delivering school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services (Preferred)
