Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time, school-based position in the Anoka, MN area. We are looking for professionals passionate about providing high-quality behavioral support and improving student outcomes.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must meet the following:

• Hold active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB

• Meet Minnesota state licensure or certification requirements for BCBAs in educational settings

• Must be eligible to work in a school setting (background check, fingerprint clearance, TB testing, etc.)

• Experience in a K12 school environment or with pediatric populations preferred

Typical Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Support and train school personnel, including paraprofessionals and RBTs

• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents to ensure student progress

• Maintain and analyze behavior data to inform intervention decisions

• Provide direct and indirect support to students with behavioral needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, emotional/behavioral disorders)
