Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time, school-based position in the Anoka, MN area. We are looking for professionals passionate about providing high-quality behavioral support and improving student outcomes.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must meet the following:
Hold active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
Meet Minnesota state licensure or certification requirements for BCBAs in educational settings
Must be eligible to work in a school setting (background check, fingerprint clearance, TB testing, etc.)
Experience in a K12 school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
Typical Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Support and train school personnel, including paraprofessionals and RBTs
Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents to ensure student progress
Maintain and analyze behavior data to inform intervention decisions
Provide direct and indirect support to students with behavioral needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, emotional/behavioral disorders)
