Job Description

BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-to-one with students in the Bangor, PA school system. In this role, you'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect accurate data, and collaborate with educators and supervisors to support positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, individualized ABA therapy in a school setting (1:1 caseload)

• Implement and follow behavior support plans under BCBA supervision

• Record session data accurately, monitor progress, and report findings

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain student confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required

• Experience or comfort working in educational/school settings preferred

• Strong data collection skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

• Must comply with school policies and maintain HIPAA/FERPA confidentiality
