Job Description:-Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - System-wideFLSA: ExemptReports to: Evaluation Team Supervisor, Director of Special Education, Executive Director of Student Services.Terms of Employment: 194 day work year. Benefits and salary in accordance with the LEA Unit A collective bargaining agreement.August 25, 2025 start date.Qualifications:

Offers training, coaching and modeling in behavior management strategies, data collection methods, and instructional methodologies for staff working with students in substantially separate programs.

Provides routine consultation to an interdisciplinary team of school staff to develop and implement behavior support plans and individualized education plans (IEPs).

Administers, conducts and evaluates the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.

Participates in IEP meetings, contributes to goal development, supports progress monitoring and the writing of progress reports.

Provides in the moment behavior support when students are escalated.

May be asked to serve as the district trainer for de-escalation and crisis response techniques.

Develops data sheets, graphs and analyzes data and ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented with fidelity for the achievement of goals and objectives.

Provide parent consultation and/or training, as needed, during school hours.

Provides BCBA trainee supervision, as needed

Cultivates strong partnerships with families, caregivers, and school staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions across environments.

Maintains professional competence through ongoing professional development activities.

Follows Federal and state regulations and district procedures for special education, meets timelines and ensures a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).

Job Qualifications & Physical Demands:

BCBA Certification required through the BCAB

Valid MA LABA license

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Expertise in data collection and behavior analysis.

Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.

Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
