Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-Home Care Service Coordinator to oversee caregiver scheduling and ensure seamless delivery of In-Home Care Services. This management role will require strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to step in and provide direct care when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Direct Care: Provide in-home care services as needed, particularly in cases of caregiver absences or emergencies.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support caregivers, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to deliver excellent care.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong communication with clients and their families, addressing any concerns or changes in care requirements.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, analytics, and reporting to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with in-home care coordination or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
