Adrian Fields and Associates is a private practice with locations in Sayville, Babylon, Commack and Riverhead. Our practice focus is the treatment of anxiety disorders, truama, and phase of life difficulties with a holistic approach. We are currently seeking an LMHC or LCSW to join our group practice. MHC's with a limited permit may be considered with the proper qualifications. MHC-LPs will only be consiered for full-time.

This is a W-2 position. Salary for full-time, hourly/FFS for part-time.

We require our full-time staff to maintain a minimum caseload of 30 clients and part-time staff to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients .

Day, evening, and weekend hours available, partial in-office work is required for full-time/salary positions

Ideal Candidate:

· Experience and/or desire to work with teens, adults and/or couples

· Current State of New York license as an LMHC or LCSW or MHC limited permit holder with experience

· Experience treating anxiety disorders and PTSD a plus

· Comfortable with a laid-back atmosphere and able to self-manage your own schedule and caseload, once assigned
