Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, social work, and child welfare, with a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

- Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Supervise and mentor social work interns
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients
- Assist with workforce development programs
- Advocate for clients within the healthcare system
- Work with child welfare agencies and Section 8 housing programs

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social Work and current LMSW license
- Experience in behavioral health and child welfare settings
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Strong mentoring and supervisory skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
