Type: Contract
Location: South Oklahoma City

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive assessments and create person-centered treatment plans using DSM and ASAM criteria
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling for addiction, relapse prevention, and co-occurring disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Complete all clinical documentation the same day or within 48 hours to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain continuity of care
• Participate in case reviews, in-service training, and professional development
• Deliver care with a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma LADC/MH license (Required)
• Experience treating addiction, co-occurring disorders, and diverse populations
• Strong skills in assessments, treatment planning, and counseling
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• ASAM & ASI certification preferred
• Credentialing with commercial insurance (BCBS, UHC, etc.) a plus
• Medicaid experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Flexibility for occasional weekends or evenings
• Supervisory status or willingness to provide supervision is a bonus

Pay: $15.00 - $140.00 per hour
