About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about helping students thrive both emotionally and behaviorally AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated and empathetic School Social Worker to join a supportive and collaborative school community in Beltsville, Maryland, serving middle and high school-aged students for the full 2025–2026 academic year.
In this role, you’ll work in a functioning-level-based school environment—not traditional grade levels—allowing you to focus on the unique strengths and needs of each student. The school is deeply committed to providing comprehensive wraparound support and fostering strong relationships among staff, students, and families. - Deliver social work services across a range of middle and high school aged students
- Caseload of approximately 6–10 students, allowing for impactful, individualized work
- Opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, from low-risk to high-risk behavioral profiles
- Receive support and development rom AnthroMed Education, including ongoing professional development, resources, and clinical mentorship
- Provide direct social work services focused on social-emotional learning, behavioral regulation, and student well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and service records
- Champion each student’s growth
- Promote social-emotional growth and self-regulation
- Collaborate with families, teachers, behavioral interventionalists, and related service providers to support student success
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Valid Maryland School Social Worker License
- Experience with middle and high school populations strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
- Competitive weekly pay: $63,000–$78,000 annually, based on experience
