In this role, you’ll work in a functioning-level-based school environment—not traditional grade levels—allowing you to focus on the unique strengths and needs of each student. • Collaborate with families, teachers, behavioral interventionalists, and related service providers to support student success

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid Maryland School Social Worker License
• Experience with middle and high school populations strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence

• Competitive weekly pay: $63,000–$78,000 annually, based on experience
