This role requires each candidate to:
- Hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Be BCBA certified for at least 2 years
- Be able to conduct various formal assessments independently (i.e. VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, etc.)
- Have documented experience with the development, implementation and modification of treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
- Previous experience with training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s)
- Have experience fostering positive connections with caregivers and conducting recurring caregiver education meetings
- Have experience using EMR applications (Central Reach, preferred)
- Proven availability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
