Solving Autism, LLC is looking to grow our team by adding an Assistant Clinic Director/ Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to our Fort Mill, SC clinic location. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking to advance into leadership roles within a Clinician owned and operated company.

This role requires each candidate to:

• Hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Be BCBA certified for at least 2 years
• Be able to conduct various formal assessments independently (i.e. VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, etc.)
• Have documented experience with the development, implementation and modification of treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
• Previous experience with training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s)
• Have experience fostering positive connections with caregivers and conducting recurring caregiver education meetings
• Have experience using EMR applications (Central Reach, preferred)
• Proven availability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
