On-site Workplace Support Program Counselor

As a licensed counselor, you will be providing counseling services for TELUS Health's Employee Assistance Program to our clients onsite.

Location: Greenville, South Carolina

Part-time: (30 hours/week)

At TELUS Health, we're reimagining the future of mental health care in the workplace. We're currently seeking a compassionate, master's-level clinician to join our on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team. In this role, you'll provide direct mental health support to employees.

Through tele/video and in person solution-focused counseling, and wellness initiatives, you'll help foster emotional resilience, psychological safety, and a supportive workplace culture. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering timely and accessible care to those navigating both personal and job-related challenges.

Here's How

  • Deliver short-term, solution-focused, one-on-one counseling to employees
  • Support following high-impact crisis events
  • Support and participate in workplace wellness presentations and prevention activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide referrals when longer-term care is needed
  • Maintain timely and confidential documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Promote resilience, mental wellness, and recovery in the workplace

Core qualifications and skills we are looking for:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Fully licensed in the state of South Carolina preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (post-master's preferred)
  • Previous experience in mental health and addictions considered an asset
