Open Roads Services, LLC is an Intensive In-Community (IIC) agency based in New Jersey. We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our ever-growing team. Our goal is to provide strong and meaningful support to individuals and families across diverse backgrounds to aid in their growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals. This role involves providing therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and behavior management to clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.


Position Highlights:

·      $1000 retention bonus once caseload of 10 children is reached. Each child is expected to be seen for 2 hours per week.

Qualifications:

·      Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT or LAMFT) in New Jersey.

·      Must be approved by State of NJ Children’s System of Care as an eligible employee prior to finalizing hire.

·      All employees must possess a valid NJ driver's license, reliable car, and car insurance throughout employment.

·      All employees must undergo a comprehensive criminal background check, driving record check, and drug test prior to start of employment.

·      All employees must be approved to work for the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC) and attend all their required trainings along with certification completion.

·      Monthly Clinical Supervision.

·      Must have a valid driver’s license and a registered vehicle.

·      Must pass a criminal background check, inclusive of fingerprinting.

·      Prior Intensive In-Community (IIC) experience a plus but training is available.

·      Experience with the CYBER PerformCare system is a plus but training is available.

·      Bilingual is a plus but not required (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Pashto, Creole, Sign Language, etc.)

·      Experience working with children who have intellectual, developmental, and behavioral disabilities/disorders is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home mental health counseling to children ranging from 3-21 years of age and their families tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and cultural background.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments for clients of all ages.
  • Utilize innovative methods, including computerized screenings and assessments, to support individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families to develop personalized treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in compliance with practice policies.
  • Engage in regular supervision and consultation with our supportive team, building clinical skills and strategies.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with supervisors and with care managers relating to treatment planning and position responsibilities, as well as supervision if applicable
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, families, staff members, and care managers
  • Document each counseling session in a timely manner
  • Plan accordingly for termination and communicating plans clearly to clients, families, staff, and care managers
  • Maintain standards of confidentiality
  • Must be willing to travel


Contract Pay (Hourly Salary):

·      Master’s Level Clinician (LSW, LAC, LAMFT):    $60.00 - $75.00 / HOUR

·      Licensed Level Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT):     $75.00 - $90.00 / HOUR

·      Behavioral Assistant (BA degree)                             $30.00 - 40.00 / HOUR
