School Psychologist – Full Time

Travel Pay: $2,500 to $2,800 gross per week (Estimated take-home pay equivalent to $90–$98/hr in CT)
Local Pay: $65–$70 per hour for in-person opportunities
Location: New London, CT
Contract Duration: 9 months
Weekly Hours: up to 37.5 hrs

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to develop intervention strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Active Connecticut Psychologist State License.
  • Active Connecticut School Psychologist Certification (required).
  • Experience in a school-based setting (required).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a school environment.
