About Job

Empowering Independence. Upholding Dignity.

At DABS, Inc., we provide comprehensive skills training and supported living services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 2005, we’ve been empowering individuals to lead more independent lives—through advocacy, innovation, and unwavering commitment.

We believe in showing up—especially when things get hard. Dignity is our guiding principle, and as demand for our services grows, so does our resolve to ensure every person we serve is respected, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.

Join us as a LCSW/LMFT—you’ll be a trusted advocate and a key part of a deeply supportive team.

What You'll Experience

  • Clinical Freedom: Tailor treatment plans to your clients—free from rigid assessment tools or prescribed models
  • Autonomy: You set your schedule. Prioritize what matters most—your clients
  • Administrative Relief: Our dedicated Operations team handles documentation, authorizations, and coordination with clients and funding sources—so you can focus on clinical care
  • Supportive Mentorship: Whether you’re newly certified or looking to grow, you’ll have direct access to a responsive clinical team ready to back you up

What You'll Do

  • Design and supervise individualized behavior modification programs in home, community, group home, and/or school settings
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based, proactive behavior support plans
  • Train and support clients, families, and caregivers during scheduled sessions
  • Oversee and mentor direct care staff, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans and fostering their professional growth
  • Collaborate with families, conservators, and teams to ensure behavior plans are practical, sustainable, and person-centered
  • Stay current with the latest research to ensure all interventions reflect best practices in the field
  • Manage your caseload and submit clinical documentation in a timely, organized manner
  • Step in where your expertise is needed most to support the broader success of the team

What You Bring

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in good standing
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services.
  • Completion of 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Passion, professionalism, and the belief that every person deserves dignity and opportunity

Why DABS?
You’ll be a valued member of a mission-driven team that believes in doing good work, for the right reasons, with the right support.
