What You’ll Do:

• Lead & mentor early-career clinicians
• Maintain your own caseload
• Supervise pre-licensed staff (in-person or remote)
• Ensure documentation accuracy
• Collaborate with clinic leadership & local partners

Who You Are:

• MA-licensed LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT
• Master’s or higher in a behavioral health field
• 2+ years of post license experience (LMHC)
• Strong communicator and supervisor
• Comfortable with EHRs and digital tools
