We are a growing psychiatric mental health clinic in Las Vegas seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist (LCSW,LCPC or LMFT) to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2. The ideal candidate will provide individual and/or family therapy sessions in both our clinic and through home visits across the Las Vegas area.

This position offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with a psychiatric provider (PMHNP) in supporting clients with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma and mood disorders.

Responsibilities:

* Provide therapy sessions in-person (clinic and/or client homes)

* Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress using EHR.

*Collaborate with the clinic's psychiatric provider as needed for coordinated care.

* Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and HIPPA regulations.

* Travel to client homes (as needed) for sessions and assessments.

Requirements:

* Active Nevada licensed as an LCSW, LCPC or LMFT.

* Master's degree in social work, counseling or marriage & family therapy.

* Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be comfortable conducting home visits.

* Strong clinical skills, documentation and communication.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
