Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling with after-hours support rotation
Language: English (Bilingual Spanish would be a bonus)

We are currently seeking a Medical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program and an active Nevada Social Work license to support our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our interdisciplinary group, you’ll provide holistic care by:

• Assessing psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients and families

• Developing individualized Plans of Care in collaboration with our medical and counseling teams

• Providing emotional support and counseling to patients, families, and staff

• Assisting families with navigating insurance and financial challenges

• Leading or supporting bereavement services and support groups

• Participating in continuous quality improvement efforts

• Ensuring timely and thorough documentation

• Responding to potential abuse/neglect concerns in collaboration with management

• Supporting orientation and training initiatives for staff, volunteers, and community partners

What You Bring

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program (Required)

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Nevada (Required)

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a multidisciplinary setting

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and connect compassionately with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
