Job Overview
The Community Liaison plays a vital role in building and maintaining relationships between our organization and the community. This position is responsible for promoting programs, engaging with stakeholders, and facilitating communication to enhance community involvement and support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about public health and social work, with a strong commitment to fostering positive change within the community.

Duties

  • Develop and implement community outreach programs to raise awareness of services offered by the organization.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Conduct public speaking engagements to promote initiatives and educate the community on relevant topics.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
  • Oversee project management tasks related to community programs, ensuring timely execution and evaluation.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives through various channels, including social media.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of programs and inform future initiatives.
  • Provide addiction counseling support as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices in public health.
  • Lead fundraising efforts to secure resources for community programs and services.
  • Maintain administrative records related to program activities, volunteer participation, and community engagement.
