Novatu Counseling and Assessment is currently looking for motivated and compassionate mental health therapists who are engaging and positive. You must have either an associate level licensure or full licensure in NC. You must be able to function fairly independently but be willing to ask for help when you need it. At Novatu we appreciate self-starters and have no desire to micromanage.

You will be provided with administrative, marketing, billing and reception services so you can focus on the most important part of the work - your clients!

We encourage clinicians who have North Carolina licensure to apply: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LP as well as LCSWA, LCMHCA or LPA.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years post graduate mental health experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer/EHR experience (willingness to learn EHR)
• Full to part time availability
• Telehealth experience or certification is great but not required
• Experience with trauma and/or EMDR trained in an EMDRIA approved program is a bonus!
