Job Summary
Cornerstone Therapeutic Community of Mountainburg is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPC or LCSW Clinical Director to lead our mental health services. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care for patients, and providing individual therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide direct supervision and support to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and PTSD care.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for patients, focusing on their individual, unique needs.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about current trends in mental health treatment.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid LPC or LCSW license in the state of Arkansas.
• Proven experience in clinical settings, preferably within group homes or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
