About Job

About Us: Play-Based Wellness Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned ABA clinic located in Allen, Texas, dedicated exclusively to early intervention for young children. Our practice operates within a thoughtfully remodeled daycare facility designed to provide a warm, classroom-like atmosphere that encourages natural learning and playful exploration. We emphasize ethical practice, quality care, and prioritize building trusting relationships with our clients and their families.

Our Approach: We specialize in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), an evidence-based naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (NDBI) framework. Our approach promotes child-led, play-based learning without forced compliance, focusing instead on natural engagement and developmental progress. Our well-trained team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is skilled in providing individualized, compassionate care aligned with ESDM principles.

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in implementing ESDM/NDBI approaches. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment, providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs while ensuring high-quality service delivery tailored specifically to early learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in the Early Start Denver Model
  • Provide consistent, ethical supervision and mentorship to RBT staff
  • Conduct ongoing assessments, including VB-MAPP and ESDM checklists
  • Facilitate parent training and caregiver coaching sessions to promote generalization of skills
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, practice guidelines, and company policies
  • Participate actively in team meetings and clinic trainings

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Experience implementing the Early Start Denver Model or related NDBI frameworks (highly preferred)
  • Commitment to ethical, child-focused care
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage treatment plans and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit

Why Join Us:

  • Competitive salary starting at $75,000 annually
  • Excellent benefits including comprehensive health insurance and robust 401(k) matching
  • Clinician-owned, ethical work environment
  • A supportive team dedicated to meaningful, playful learning experiences
  • Beautifully remodeled, child-friendly clinic space

Location: Allen, Texas

Schedule: Full-time, primarily clinic-based
