Position: Licensed Psychologist (Full-Time)

Gravity Psychology is a growing, patient-centered mental health practice in beautiful Estero, FL, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families. We are seeking a warm, skilled, and motivated Licensed Psychologist to join our collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

· Provide individual, couple, or group psychotherapy.

· Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results (optional).

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support patient care.

Qualifications:

· Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an APA accredited program.

· Current Florida licensure as a Psychologist (or license-eligible).

· Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism.

· Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

· Experience with diverse populations and a variety of therapeutic approaches preferred.

Pay: $74,135.56 - $89,281.54 per year
