**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated MALE Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.
**Duties:** - Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the behavior analyst - Assist in the development and implementation of care plans - Collect and record data on patient progress - Collaborate with the behavior analyst and other team members to provide patient care - Support individuals in learning new skills and reducing challenging behaviors - Utilize applied behavior analysis principles in daily interactions
**Qualifications:** - Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities - Proficiency in data collection and analysis - Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping - Familiarity with special education practices is a plus - Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals and their families - Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and related disabilities.
