Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time or Full-Time (Full Benefits for FT)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct FBAs & create BIPs
• Supervise RBTs & Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families & teams
• Collect/analyze data to guide treatment
• Follow BACB, HIPAA & OSHA standards

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• ABA experience in home, school, or community settings preferred
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
