1: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Alpharetta, GA
About Us:
Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) recently opened a brand new purpose built center in Alpharetta GA designed from the ground up to provide exceptional ABA services. Our facility operates as an epicenter model for quality autism care blending clinical excellence a supportive team culture and modern technology to create the best possible outcomes for our clients and families.
Compensation:
$85,000 to $110,000 depending on education and experience
Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
KPI based performance and retention incentive up to $10,000

Role Highlights:
Design and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with developmental needs
Supervise behavior technicians conduct assessments and collaborate with families and caregivers
Ensure adherence to BACB standards and contribute to team training and supervision
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis psychology or a related field
Strong clinical skills and experience in ABA settings school home or clinic preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) recently launched a brand new purpose built autism therapy center in Alpharetta GA. Built to function as an epicenter model for ABA services our facility is designed with state of the art spaces advanced technology and a strong focus on clinical quality making it the ideal place for passionate professionals to thrive and lead.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $120,000 depending on education and experience
Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
KPI based performance and retention incentive up to $10,000

Strong leadership communication and clinical supervision skills

Dedicated to evidence based practices and team development
